Each round will follow the same format:
6 gravity baised stages which are timed, with 'transitions' between stages, Your overall time is an accumulation of the 6 stages. The Transitions are time limited but do not count towards your overall time.
Timed stages will usually consist of the the best downhill parts of our local XCs - rideable by all and fun on an enduro bike!! Transion time limits will be easily achivable by all fitness levels.
Categories (age as of 2nd June)
Full Face Helmet and Knee/Elbow protection is recommended but not compulsory.
